Attack on Titan is an anime adaptation of Isayama Hajime`s manga. Episodes have been released since 2013, the film adaptation of the final story is planned for 2023. Isayama Hajime finished the manga in parallel with the release of the anime series: in 2021. The story shows a post-apocalyptic world in which humans and titans live side by side. They fight each other to survive, unaware that they haven`t yet faced the real threat.
